Refund policy

Any backer can withdraw a contribution within seven full days of making it, anywhere in the world, with no reason required. Article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Defense Code (CDC) sets that right for backers in Brazil. FullCup.ai grants the same window to every backer, wherever they are.

A withdrawal refunds the full amount charged, the platform fee included. FullCup.ai charges nothing for a contribution that is withdrawn.

Purchased capacity credit is covered by the same window. Buying credit and contributing to a Cup are two different checkouts, and the seven days apply to both — counted from the purchase, not from the moment the credit is directed to a Cup.

A refund covers the capacity a Cup has not yet consumed. Capacity already consumed did work that cannot be undone, and that work is not refundable.

How much was consumed is not something to take on FullCup.ai's word. Every request against a creator's key produced a signed, public receipt the moment it happened — the backer can check the number, not just read it.

Check the consumption for any Cup

Past the seven-day window, a contribution is not refundable in cash. If a Cup closes without reaching its declared milestone, the capacity left over becomes a credit that can be redirected to another Cup.

Write to support@fullcup.ai with the contribution's identifier. FullCup.ai confirms receipt within 2 business days; once approved, Stripe typically settles the refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

A chargeback filed with a bank or card issuer is handled through Stripe. The signed consumption history for the Cup in question is the evidence FullCup.ai presents.
