FullCup.ai is a product operated by FF MARKETING DIRETO LTDA, CNPJ 37.307.198/0001-60, headquartered at Rua Amaury Filho, 120, Casa 1, Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, CEP 22790-320, Brazil. Every reference to FullCup.ai in these terms means this company.

A contribution buys compute capacity allocated to a named project's Cup. It is not a donation, and it is not a purchase of a finished product — it funds the work, not a delivery date.

It is also not a stake in the project. A contribution does not grant ownership, a cut of revenue, or any promise that money comes back to the backer in any form.

The creator never receives money from a contribution. Funding a Cup issues the creator a scoped API key, and the capacity backers funded is drawn down against that key, one request at a time.

A contribution buys managed compute capacity from FullCup.ai. Most of it becomes compute capacity for the cup; the rest is what FullCup.ai charges for providing and verifying it. That charge is a percentage of the contribution plus a small fixed amount — so the effective percentage is higher on a small contribution and lower on a large one, which is why this page states the rule rather than a single number. The exact split for the amount being contributed is shown before the contribution is made, every time, with no exception.

Capacity does not convert to money in either direction — a contribution cannot be withdrawn as cash, and unused capacity is never paid out. Money that settles through Stripe becomes capacity credit right away; none of it sits waiting to be moved.

If a Cup closes with capacity left over, that capacity becomes a credit that can be redirected to another Cup. It is never cashed out.

A Cup that draws no capacity for 14 days is paused automatically. Backers who funded it are notified when that happens.

Every production request against a creator's key produces a signed receipt, published for anyone to check. A receipt carries only consumption metadata — the model, the token count, the cost, and the time. It never carries a prompt or a response.

Using a Cup's API key for illegal content, for spam, or in violation of the upstream provider's own terms ends that Cup.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes are settled in the courts of the comarca of Rio de Janeiro. Nothing here limits the rights you hold under Brazil's Consumer Defense Code (CDC), or, if you are elsewhere, the rights your own country's consumer law gives you.

These terms are versioned, and each version carries the date it took effect. The current version and its date appear at the bottom of this page.
